『金策』に走り始めたら、個人も国家も『破綻』するサイン。

今日のテーマは、『金策に走り始めたら、個人も国家も破綻するサイン』です。

 

 

『お金』に関して、悩ましい問題の１つに、次の事があります。

 

 

『友人・知人、親族からの借金の申し出は、応ずるべきか、否か？？』

 

 

この質問を聞いて、『ドキッ！』とした方もいるのでは無いでしょうか？？

 

 

かくいう私も、このテーマについて悩んだ事は、人生に２度程あります。

 

 

理屈で言えば、

 

 

古今東西、偉人の方々が、様々な『名言』を残されている通り、

『他人に金は貸すな、友情とお金、両方とも失うから』が正論だと熟知しています。

 

 

が、

 

 

実際に、その場面に遭遇した方々なら分かると思いますが、

『現実世界』では、感情が絡む為、『理想論』程簡単では無いですよね。

 

 

もしかしたら、

 

 

このような場面に遭遇した際、実際に『お金』を貸してしまい、

上記の２つとも失った経験を持つ方も、居るかも知れませんね。

 

 

前述の通り、

 

 

私自身、人生で２度程、そういう場面に遭遇しましたが、

結論、初志貫徹で『お金』を貸さないという意思を貫きました。

 

 

自分としても、相当、苦しかった経験です。

 

 

それでも、

 

 

その時、初志貫徹で『お金』を貸さない判断をしたからこそ、

『お金』『繋がり』を、現在も失わずに済んでいるのだと考えます。

 

 

と言う訳で、

 

 

面識ない方々は当然ですが、直接繋がりのある友人、知人、親族の皆さん、

『井上耕太』は、人生において、誰にも『お金』をお貸しする事はありません。

 

 

お互いに『無駄な労力』になりますので、『打診』そのものをお控え下さい（笑）

 

 

何故なら、

 

 

『お金』に困っている方々に『お金』をお貸ししたとしても、

その方法では、決して、『根本的解決』には至らない事を知っているからです。

 

 

また、

 

 

一見、『お金』の問題のように見えることでも、

本質的には、『お金』が問題ではないことが、世の中には多々存在しています。

 

 

具体例を挙げれば、

 

 

多重債務により『自己破産』しそうな人物に『お金』を与えたとしても、

『本質』としての問題は、その人物の『お金の管理能力の無さ』なので、

一時的な『難局』を乗り切っても、何１つ解決していませんよね。

 

 

違う事例を挙げれば、

 

 

『自動車の運転能力』が無く、交通事故を起こしてしまう人間に、

『自動車』を新たに与えても、『新たな事故』を起こしてしまうのと同じです。

 

 

この事例では、

 

 

『そんな危ない人間に、自動車なんか与える方が馬鹿だ！』と憤る方々も、

こと『お金』というテーマになると、それと『全く同じ過ち』を犯してしまいます。

 

 

それが、『感情』が絡む『お金』という存在の興味深いところです。

 

 

『前置き』が長くなっていますが、

 

 

要は、『巨大組織（国家）』であれ『個人』であれ、

『金策』に走り始めたら、それは『破綻』へのカウント・ダウンだという事です。

 

 

その状況から、事態が改善する事は、極めて稀。

 

 

確率論で考えると、殆ど『不可能』なので、期待しない方が良いでしょう。

 

 

その典型的事例は、『私たちの身近』にも、確実に存在しています。

 

 

日々、

 

 

日本国の『公的年金』に関する話題が出ない日は無いですが、

先日も、少し興味を惹かれるテーマが、メディア報道されていました。

 

 

『厚生年金加入要件　２段階スライドで拡大予定』

 

 

ご存知の方は、いらっしゃいますか？？

 

 

『厚生年金』自体は『会社員』の方々に対する制度ですが、

実質的な経済負担は『企業』である為、スルーしている方々が多いですよね。

 

 

具体的には、

 

 

現行制度で『厚生年金』の加入要件となる企業『従業員数５０１人以上』に対して、

２０２２年１０月には『１０１人以上』、２０２４年１０月には『５１人以上』と、

『強制加入要件』を２段階スライドで順次引き下げるという法案です。

 

 

原則として、

 

 

『厚生年金』は、その保険料が『労使折半』で負担されており、

基礎年金と比較して支給が手厚くなる為、保険料が相応となり、

強制加入させられるとなると、企業経営を圧迫する可能性があります。

 

 

事実、

 

 

もしこの法案通り、２０２４年に『５１人以上』へと基準引き下げとなれば、

新たに強制加入対象となる人数は、全国で『６５万人』に上り、

その『保険料負担（企業サイドから見て）』総額は『１６００億円』近くになる。

 

 

日本政府としては、

 

 

将来的に、この『企業要件』すら撤廃したいと考えているのが本音のようで、

もし実行されれば、従業員を雇った瞬間に『厚生年金』は強制加入となってしまいます。

 

 

正に、『金の卵を産む鶏』を、殺してしまうような政策です。

 

 

相変わらず、

 

 

政治家の先生方は、経営者としては『素人（＊）』なので、

『物事の本質』をまったく理解されていないですね（苦笑）

 

 

＊本来であれば、『国家』という超巨大組織の『経営者』であるので、

　『経営の本質』が分かっていない事は『致命傷』のはずなのですが。

 

 

話を戻すと、

 

 

何故、日本政府がこのような『馬鹿げた年金政策』を続発するかと言うと、

『公的年金システム』自体が、『破綻』へのカウント・ダウンを始めているからです。

 

 

この状況で、もはや『起死回生』する事は出来ません。

 

 

ただ、ひたすら『延命措置（緩和ケア）』を進めながら、

『終焉の時』を待つしかないと言うのが『本音』です。

 

 

要は、冒頭から長々と『前置き』してしまった話なのですが、

節操なく『金策』に走り始めた今、年金制度が『機能回復』する事は有り得ません。

 

 

政治家の先生方は、その立場上、口が裂けても言えないと思いますので、

その代わりに、自由な発言ができる私が、お伝えさせて頂きたいと思います。

 

 

と言っても、読者の皆さんにとっても、これは『常識』ですよね？？
