『鬼十則：第一原則』に学ぶ、『仕事』の流儀。

今日のテーマは、『鬼十則：第一原則に学ぶ、仕事の流儀』です。

 

 

本日の記事も、『令和』の時代にはそぐわない気がします（笑）

 

 

皆さんは、『鬼十則（おにじゅっそく）』と聞いて、直ぐに理解できますか？？

 

 

有名な言葉なので、

 

 

ご存知の方も多いと思いますが、日本を代表する広告代理店『電通』において、

第四代社長・吉田秀雄さんが書き記したとされる『仕事の流儀：１０原則』です。

 

 

一時期、

 

 

東大卒のエリート才女社員に関わる、痛ましい事件もあった為、

同社の掲げる『鬼十則』が、メディアにより『ネガティブ』に取り扱われた事がありますよね。

 

 

また、

 

 

超巨大広告代理店に成り上がった『電通』が、

『日本』全体における『情報統制』の大きな役割を担っていることも『事実』です。

 

 

なので、

 

 

私自身、『電通』という会社に対して、善い・悪いという事は申し上げていないし、

それは、本来、今日の記事でお伝えしたかった事とは『趣旨』がズレてしまいます。

 

 

前述の通り、

 

 

一時期偏った報道により『ネガティブ・イメージ』を植えつけられた１０原則ですが、

実際に、紐解いてみると、それらは、とても大切な『仕事の真理』を表しています。

 

 

その証拠に、

 

 

『電通：鬼十則』は、海外の名だたる企業でも高い評価を獲得しており、

米国GE（ジェネラル・エレクトリック）社のオフィスには、

その『１０原則：英訳版』が掲げられているというのは、有名な話です。

 

 

『電通』自身、

 

 

世界的に見ても、トップクラスの覇権を握るまでに成長した超巨大広告代理店ですが

『鬼十則』も、親の手を離れて、確実に、世界を『独り歩き』し始めています。

 

 

ここまで持ち上げて来ましたが（笑）、

 

 

果たして、皆さんは、『鬼十則』の内容を理解されているでしょうか？？

 

 

そもそも、『鬼十則』のうち１つでも、知っている原則は有りますか？？

 

 

意外に、知らない方々も多いのではないかと思います。

 

 

ここで、

 

 

私が『全て（１０原則）』をお伝えしてしまっては、皆さんの勉強にならないので、

今日は、『第一原則』のみご紹介しながら、公式ブログを続けていこうと思います。

 

 

勿体ぶらずに、『第一原則』（のみ）をお伝えしますね（笑）

 

 

仕事は自ら『創る』可きで、与えられる可きではない。

 

 

本当に、この一言に尽きると思います。

 

 

どうでしょうか？？

 

 

皆さん、『第一原則』を聞いただけで、耳が痛くなっている方は居ませんか？？（笑）

 

 

昨日、

 

 

私が、未だ『会社員』として働いていた２０代の頃をご紹介しましたが、

振り返れば、その時から、自分自身は『仕事を創る』という感覚が養われていました。

 

 

同業他社も同じだったと推測しますが、

 

 

『MR（医薬情報担当者）』として働いていた当時、私たち『営業マン』は、

会社から『半年分の売上げ目標』を渡されて、日々、その達成に向けて活動していました。

 

 

勿論、

 

 

『目標未達』でも、『解雇』されるほどの厳しい環境ではありませんが、

当然の話、その『目標達成度』により、収入（主に賞与）にはダイレクトに影響します。

 

 

また、

 

 

より長期的視点で見れば、『出世（昇給）速度』にも多分に影響がある訳で、

『ポジティブ』な思考回路で、それ（営業目標）を意識していない社員など居ません。

 

 

しかし、

 

 

『半年分の売上げ（営業）目標』は、会社から渡されるものの、

その『実現手段・方法』は、各人に一任されており、一々『手解き』はしてくれません。

 

 

更に、

 

 

『営業職』という職業柄、『身体（からだ）』を会社内に留める必要性も少なく、

『内勤系職員』の方々と比較して、『行動』も少なからず『自由』になります。

 

 

という事になると、

 

 

いよいよ、様々な場面での『セルフ・コントロール』が必要不可欠になり、

『仕事は自ら創る』ことが出来なければ、使い物にならなくなってしまうのです。

 

 

この経験は、その後の人生にとても役立ちました。

 

 

３０歳を機に、

 

 

『独立・起業』という、究極の『フル・コミッション』をスタートした訳ですが、

正直、ご紹介した『仕事は自ら創る』感覚は、会社員時代が『礎』になっています。

 

 

あの当時、

 

 

社内外の優秀な諸先輩方から、そして、時には得意先の方々から、

更には、前述させて頂いた『環境』から、自然と『自ら創る』発想が身に付けられました。

 

 

昔、

 

 

某お笑い芸人の方が、まったく『売れて』いなかった無名時代、

暇過ぎて、『カレー・ルー』から『カレー』を作った後、更に、

それを煮詰めて『カレー・ルー』を作り直した話をしていました（笑）

 

 

開業当初、

 

 

勿論、何の『バック・アップ』もありませんから、

私自身、正直、そのような『笑えない話』が身に起こるのでは無いかと、不安もあった。

 

 

しかし、

 

 

２０代で身に付けた『仕事は自ら創る』思考が、自然と発揮されて、

開業当初から５年経ち、今に至るまで、『仕事（価値）』を作り出し、

とても多忙ながら、経済的にも恵まれる形でここまで来られています。

 

 

著名人・芸能人レベルではありませんが、

 

 

一定数の方への『認知』が進み、既存クライアントさんの支援を受けられる現在は、

『相手の方々が、欲しいと思われるもの（商品・サービス）』を提供することで、

自分自身の『収入』さえコントロール出来るようになりました。

 

 

たまに、冷静に考える場面もありますが、少し、不思議な感覚になります。

 

 

『第一原則』以降、

 

 

なかなか、過激な表現も存在する『電通：鬼十則』ですが（笑）、

私自身は、『仕事の流儀』として、『正しいもの（真理）』だと認識しています。

 

 

『資産形成（投資）』『ビジネス』

 

 

大半（９割以上）の『会社員』の方々は、どちらも保有することなく、

残念ながら、人生における『自由』はほとんど存在しない『（緩慢な）奴隷生活』を送ります。

 

 

しかし、

 

 

上記『両輪（資産形成・ビジネス）』を稼働・成立させることで、

人生の『自由度』は格段に高まり、『主導権』を持った生き方が出来るのも事実です。

 

 

その上で、

 

 

後者（ビジネス）を成立させる為には、『楽して儲かる』方法など無く、

『電通：鬼十則』が、その真髄を表している『道しるべ』になると考えます。
